Conducts weekly review thorough assessment of all requirements
Conducts weekly review thorough assessment of all requirements Reviews Offer Letters , sends Offer Letter to Candidate and negotiates the acceptance of each applicant.
Review and audit all candidate files before the endorsement for processing.
Liaisons on daily basis with Department Heads, and other key personnel on all matters relating to recruitment, HR operations and mobilization of candidates.
Verifies and scrutinises a provision of up-to-date information on the status of every candidate application against staffing requests.
Reviews candidate's documentation prior submission to HR Operations for processing.

Coordinates with Department Heads with regards to candidates in progress, job postings and excess manpower.
Notifies the Department Head of any developments in relation to their chosen candidates' status .
Responsible for preparing monthly job posting / vacancy lists for all departments.
Pre-screens all internal and external applicants.
Classifies and reviews the application of each candidate, and instructs junior staff to present suitably qualified CV's to relevant to concerned departments.
Trains junior staff members on recruitment policies and procedures.
Accountable for sourcing, screening and training .
Performs other job related duties as assigned as per to the policy within the entity assigned.
